Learn and Love Our Indigenous Neighbors

Loving our Indigenous Neighbors explains Good Shepherd's new Orange Banner, presented in worship on Sept. 27, just in time for the Sept. 30 annual Day of Remembrance for Boarding School students and survivors in the United States and Canada, also known as Orange Shirt Day. It also offers a variety of compelling ways to learn more about the past and present impacts of the Doctrine of Discovery and the experiences of our Indigenous neighbors.
