Childcare: Nursery Staff, Part-Time
The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd (LCGS) located in Olympia, WA is recruiting for part-time Nursery Staff (up to 4 hours per week) to provide a safe, loving and fun Christian environment for the children of families attending the church during Sunday worship services and at other times, as requested.
Nursery Attendants supervise and play with children in the church nursery, create an inviting play space for children, and involve children in active games, songs and stories. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and providing consistently caring, responsive service and respectful communications.
The Nursery Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts; attendant scheduling, timekeeping and supervision; procuring supplies; and maintaining quality and safety.
