New 2025 Good Shepherd Photo Directory
SIGN-UP NOW TO SCHEDULE A PHOTO SHOOT!
A new “Good Shepherd Congregational Information/Photo Directory” is being developed to assist all of us in identifying and sending a welcoming message to the entire Good Shepherd community. Good Shepherd’s last photo directory was printed in 2019, and since then, we’ve welcomed many new people into the Good Shepherd community, and we want everyone’s picture in the directory who would like to be included. This photo directory will serve as long-time directory for the Good Shepherd community and its history in 2025.
We have contracted with an experienced church directory company, Re:MEMBER, to assist us in producing this new directory over the next two months. The directory style that we have selected is a “Classic Format” similar to many of the past directories. Re;MEMBER, with the assistance of the Good Shepherd Directory Team, will schedule photo shoots of all interested individuals and families in the Good Shepherd community (membership is not required – just a desire to be a part of the Good Shepherd directory and be willing to share in the exchange of pictures and contact information.
The basics are as follows
Schedule a photo shoot on one of the following dates:
Friday, November 21 from 1:30 to 8:00 pm
Saturday, November 22 from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Monday, November 24 from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Sign up using the online sign-up page at gsolympia.org/photoshoot, or if you need assistance with the online sign-up process, you can visit the photo directory sign-up table on Sundays through November 9 before and after worship.
In addition to online photo shoot sign-up, we will also need EVERYONE to fill out and submit a sign-up form with their directory roster information which will include all the names of families/groups taking photos together (the online sign-up page is only to schedule a photo shoot time slot/day/time). Directory sign-up forms are available at the sign-up table on Sundays and at the welcome desk in the entry area during the week and can be submitted to the front office. You can also email your information to directory@gsolympia.org. The allotted roster space accommodates two partner/spouse, family member names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you previously submitted just one, you may add a second via either method above.

If you self-schedule, we still need your roster information! You may use a sign-up form or email your information to directory@gsolympia.org. (NOTE: there is a $20 service fee if you submit your own photo).
If you are homebound or in assisted living and want to be included in the directory but are unable to come to the church for a photo shoot, let us know so we can make special arrangements to get their information and pictures taken.
Each family and individual who has their picture taken by Re:MEMBER will receive a FREE 8x10 print of the photo they select for the directory. On the same day/time of the photo shoot, they will select the photo for the directory and have the opportunity to order additional individual or family pictures to be purchased for their personal use.
Photo directory updates and reminders will be shared in the weeks to come as the program plan progresses. The objective is to have your new pictures available to share with family and friends by Christmas. The new directory will be available for all to use about 90 days after the photo shoots are scheduled in November.
